Skincare results may vary from person to person. BELLICA does not guarantee specific results from the use of any skincare product.

After receiving an order, BELLICA may contact you to confirm the order, particularly for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, or repeated failed deliveries.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for paying the applicable order amount, including shipping charges where applicable.

BELLICA reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time.

5. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, the customer agrees to pay the full applicable amount to the courier upon delivery.

Customers should keep the exact or required order amount available when the parcel is delivered.

Repeated refusal or rejection of COD parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and dispatch, subject to location, courier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

A shipping charge of Rs. 249 applies to standard delivery unless a promotional offer states otherwise.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Because skincare products are personal-care products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

You agree not to:
